Craft & Crumb needed a website that felt as fun and creative as the baking kits they sell. We completely redesigned their Shopify store to bring more colour, excitement, and functionality to every page — making the shopping experience as joyful as the product itself.

We transformed the visual experience to match the brand’s playful tone. Brighter colours, stronger imagery, and clearer layouts now capture the imagination of both kids and parents, while maintaining a mobile-friendly, high-performing structure.

We strategically added AOV incentives like “Buy 2 kits, get the 3rd half price” and custom options to upsell add-ons to each kit. Product reviews were prioritised and re-integrated to build instant trust on every PDP.

An image-led mega menu now guides visitors smoothly through categories, making it easy to find the right kit fast — whether for birthdays, rainy days, or Christmas gifting.
