The J-store is one of the UK's and Europe’s leading online retailers which sells premium Middle Eastern-inspired fashion, apparel and other lifestyle products centred around health and education. They came to us way back in 2017 with a big problem they were facing.
They had an old Magento website which was clunky, not mobile-friendly and the products were badly organised (these were just a few of the problems). The client had a vision of being a leading brand within their space but sadly with the Magento website they had( which cost a few hundred pounds to fix and maintain every few weeks ) this vision was not going to become a reality.
They came to us for support around SEO and social media ads which they believed would fix their problems, and for a while it did we got their organic rankings up within Google and traffic flowed in nicely through the ads- but it just wasn’t converting as well as the client had hoped. Very frustrating.
So we spoke to the client and told them that they need to revamp their website from the ground up. New images, new design, NEW EVERYTHING.
Six weeks of hard work and 41000 URL redirects later we finally had a brand new shiny Shopify website up and running. Guess what happened next? Their sales went through the roof. The vision the client had for their brand was now beginning to become real. Alongside that, we manage to consistently deliver 20X ROAS on their Facebook ads and they rank on page one of Google for several competitive keywords.
